All in all, it was brilliant base for travelling to Blackpool. The staff was excellent friendly, providing a very good service. The breakfast here was delicious and marvellous with toast and granary bread option, 

Well-maintained and lovely little accommodation with good setting very close to the restaurant in the evening, the South Shore and the Pleasure Beach, and the supermarket. Excellent meal and very good service. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel.  

All in all everything was good, had a really comfortable stay for our holidays. Stuff where pleasant, room was neat with a working hot shower right away. The location was marvellous, adjacent to north ocean, tram and bus stops and 

The rooms are beautifully presented and well-kept and the English breakfast offered has a wide array of dishes. The location is good and absolutely perfect, 5 minutes' walk to Gynn Square.

My room was well presented and well-kept and featured stunningly beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was delicious and amazing, included excellent options.

Room was en suite and compact and clean.

Appetising food for reasonably good breakfast with cereals to start with. Very welcoming, amazingly nice people working here.

The location turned out to be great, near seafront and transport links as well as all the attractions. The room was bright, immaculate and the bed was lovely.

Thanks everyone for a wonderful stay for our holidays. The room was freshly decorated with basic facilities, and the breakfast was lovely and amazing. The stuffs were exceptionally nice & accommodating. 

Hotel was spotlessly clean, particularly helpful staff.

The room I booked was very dirty the bathroom only cleaned the toilet and available with the window did open, bath and shower, for instance. The setting was lovely, not far from the quiet north shore, all

Fairly clean venue with marvellous breakfasts and sea views. Great and convenient location of the hotel, nearby a tram station. Situated in a nice quiet area. Great restaurant and delicious meal.

The room is compact and includes an immaculately clean bathroom. The point is the sea view was an unexpected bonus.
